M.V. Spares’ Starter Switch is a game changer in the market being identical in every way to the WWII original. The stem (that you push with your foot) apart from having securing tabs is also brazed to the top plate which affords astounding strength to the housing and ultimately keeps the contacts in perfect alignment. The special hex nuts are 9/16″ hex with 5/16-24 thread. The nuts are steel for strength and copper plated. Our production is highly engineered utilizing modern CAD design. Our switches are designed the same as original switches that have lasted for 70 years and still work today. This switch is suitable for MB, GPW, CJ2A, CJ3A, Cj3B, and CJ5.
