Ceramic resistor to step the voltage down to 6V for the BO drive light on vehicles that are using 12 or 24V. All WWII trucks had 6V blackout drive lights, no matter what voltage the truck was. This part is required to ensure that the bulb is not burned out when in use with anything other than 6V.
