Valve Spring Retainer, Lower

Valve spring retainer for all 4 cylinder jeep engines. Fits both intake and exhaust valves on the L head engines and the exhaust only on the F head engines. Not for use with the rotator type valves. These retainers are used prior to the rotating type valves and when replacing the rotating type valves for standard valves.

This retainer is also used in conjunction with the exhaust valves that replace the rotator types used on the M38 and 38A1. For use in the M38 and A1 engines you also need to use keeper set, 375994.
